The National Organization of the SUVCW is headed by an annually elected Commander-in-Chief. The Commander-in-Chief, Senior Vice-Commander, Junior Vice-Commander, Secretary, and Treasurer are all elected annually at the National Encampment. Other positions of responsibility within the SUVCW are by appointment of the Commander-in-Chief.
